We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces as much as we do; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
